Site blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent image release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing various sections of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight process.
